Dr. Lombardo joined his father’s practice in 1987.
Laura Thibodaux is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 26 years of nursing experience and a strong background in pulmonary, sleep medicine, and critical care. She is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and values building trusting relationships with her patients while supporting both acute and chronic health needs.
Prior to joining Advanced Cardiovascular Specialists, Laura served as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Heart and Lung Center of Southeast Texas, where she managed both new and follow-up patients and played a key role in clinic operations. She also has extensive experience as an ICU nurse and clinical coordinator, caring for critically ill patients and contributing to improved patient outcomes.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and gardening, with a special love for flowers and plants.
